पत्रकारों के वेश में छिपे दलाल:::: बड़ा नंगा बनाम सड़कछाप चोरकट

बीच वाला  कहो या दलाल या फिर पहुँच  वाले लोग ( सिफारिशी ) , इन लोगों को कोई नाम दो , ये लोग हमेशा रहें है और रहेंगे , नेताओं , पत्रकारों  या सम्पर्क सूत्रों के रूप में , काम दलाली का रहता है बस स्वरूप बदल जाता है , जब कोई छोटा फसता है तो उसे नैतिकता का पाठ पढ़ा कर दंड दिला दिया जाता है और जब बड़ा फसता है तो अपनी ताकत के बल पर हाय तोबा मचा कर लोगो को या कानून को डराने- धमकाने क़ि कोशिश की जाती है .

   

इस लिए कोई हो हल्ला मचाने  से कुछ  मिलने वाला नहीं है , बस अख्बारी  सुर्खिया या टी वी की हेड लाईन्स ही दिख कर सब ख़त्म हो जायेगा .दलाल हर समाज से आते है अगर कुछ पत्रकार दलाली करते पकडे गयें  है पकडे जा रहे है , तो इसमें  आश्चर्य जैसी कोई बात नहीं है. 

ये बात क़िस  से छिपी है क़ि स्वनामधन्य  बडे , खास 

कर अंग्रेजी अख़बार और टेलीविजन  के तथाकथित  

बडे लोग कुछ खास घरानों के लिए काम करते हैं , साथ 

ही सरकारों  के लोग अपने अपने हितों  से जुड़ी बातें 

प्रचारित करवाने में इन तथाकथित बड़ों का खुले आम 

इस्तेमाल करते है और बदले में मनचाहा सुविधा शुल्क 

देने  में पीछे नहीं रहते .

कारपोरेट  घराने हों या बडे लोग अपने हितों की रक्षा के लिए क्या क्या नही करते , इसे सब कोई जानता है , वरना मुकेश अम्बानी को २/३  पत्रकारों को अपने गोपनीय निजी  पार्टी में बुलाने की क्या ज़रूरत ठी , जब क़ि बाकी पत्रकारों से इस अन्तरंग  पार्टी    के होने की बात छिपाई गयी .

ये सब पैसे का खेल है , जहाँ  सुरा , सुन्दरी और नोटों की गड्डियों से ले कर सब चलता है , बस काम होना चाहिए .कोई अपने को कितना ही दूध का धुला बताये ,हम्माम  में सब नंगे हैं .

इस्तीफा देने  से  कांग्रेस  का भला  होने  वाला   नहीं है बल्कि  ज़रूरत है नरेन्द्र  मोदी के  उस काल्पनिक तिलिस्म ………………………..
( जिसे आप लोग करिश्मा ) का नाम देते हैं , को ख़त्म करने की , वरना आप लोग हर चुनाव हारते रहेंगे और नैतिक  ज़िम्मेदारी  ले कर इस्तीफा देते रहेंगे और एक दिन पार्टी में कोई प्रदेश अध्यक्ष  बनने  के लिए भी  नहीं बचेगा . इस लिए अभी भी वक्त है,  चेत जाएँ वरना गुजरात को पश्चिम बंगाल बनने से कोई नहीं रो सकेगा .

मीटिंग , पोस्टरबाजी  और  नारों से या फिर सिर्फ बड़े नेताओं को बुला कर उनसे भासन   दिलवा कर मोदी  के हथकंडों ( तथाकथित करिश्मा ) का मुकाबला नहीं किया जा सकता .
ज़रूरत है क़ि आप लोग गुजरात की  आम जनता की  मानसिकता को समझें और तदनुसार काम करे और अगर नहीं कर सकते तो फिर इस्तीफा  देने के नाटक के नाम पर सोनिया और राहुल  गांधी को धोखा  देने का नाटक अब तो बंद ही कर दें,  तो अच्छा है  .

दिखावा तो गुजरात के कांग्रेसी नेता ऐसा करते हैं जैसे वो गुजरात की जनता से जुड़े है परन्तु असलियत यह है क़ि आप लोग आज तक गुजराती  जनता के दिमाग और उनकी भावनाओं को ही नही समझ पायें .

और रही गुजरात क़ि जनता की  मानसिकता की  , तो उसे समझने में तो आप लोग हमेशा ही  भयंकर  चूक करते है . ज्यादा क्या लिखू , आप खुद ही अपने गिरेबान में झांक कर देखिये , जवाब मिल जायेगा  और अगर हिम्मत हो तो उस जवाब को अपने हाई कमान तक भी पंहुचाने  का साहस कर सकें  तो कांग्रेस और आप सब का ज़रूर भला  हो पायेगा .

कैसे मिलेगा हिन्दी भाषा को उसका खोया हुआ गौरव और विश्व स्तर पर सम्मान ?
इसे सब जानते है क़ि हिन्दी , हिंदुस्तान की भाषा है , मगर सिर्फ नेट या फेस बुक पर लिखने से इसे दुनियां की भाषा नहीं बनाया जा सकता , इस के लए ज़रूरत है. , एक समन्वित प्रयास करने की . क्या आप सब को मालूम है क़ि आज दुनिया के सब से ताकतवर देश अमरीका में वंहा की सरकार संचालित ब्राडकास्टिंग संस्था वी ओ ए ( वोइस आफ अमेरिका ) ने हिंदी भाषा का अपना रेड़ियो. टी वी प्रसारण ये कह कर बंद कर दिया , क़ि इस की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं है .जब क़ि पाकिस्तान , अफगानिस्तान के लिए प्रसारण का समय २ घंटे से बढा कर १२ घंटे कर दिया है .
सोचने की बात है क़ि छोटे देशों क़ि भाषा में तो अमेरिका अपने प्रसारण करता है मगर एक अरब से ज्यादा आबादी वाले देश भारत की हिंदी भाषा क प्रसारण को ये कह कर बंद कर देता है क़ि इस की कोई ज़रूरत नहीं है .
मगर इस के विरोध में न तो भारत क़ि सरकार और न ही तथाकथित और हिंदी भक्तों क़ि तेरफ से कोई आवाज़ उठी , आखिर क्यूँ ? भारत में हिंदी क नाम पर एक भारी भरकम बजट खर्च किया जाता है पर सिर्फ खानापूरी करने के लिए .अब ऐसे में कैसे हिन्दी भाषा को विश्वस्तरीय भाषा बनाने की बात की जा सकती है .
फिर भी प्रयास तो किया ही जाना चाहिए , इस लिए हम सब को इस के लिए अपनी भागीदारी निभाने के लिए भरसक कोशिश करनी होगी .

























































सिर्फ कागजी घोडे दौड़ाने या मीटिंग / सेमिनार करने या फिर [ओस्तेर्बजी / पर्चे बाजी करने से ही हिन्दी भाषा को न तो उस का सम्मान दिलाया जा सकता है और न ही उसे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय स्तरों पर स्थापित किया जा सकता है , इस के लिए सरकारी और गैर सरकारी दोनों स्तरों पर गंभीर प्रयासों के करने क़ि जरुरत है .

--भोपाल  गैस कांड के फैसले के बाद नेता , मीडिया , सामाजिक  कार्यकर्त्ता , कानूनविद , मंत्री , अधिकारी , सभी एक जुट हो कर  "विधवा  विलाप " कर रहे है  .
पिछले २५ सालों में ये सारे लोग कंहा थे , क्या  इनका ज्ञान  और बोध तब मर गया था या सो  गया था . आखिर आज अचानक ये सारे के  सारे  इतनी ज्ञानी कैसे हो गए  .क्या ये माना जाये  क़ि पिछले २५ सालों में  इनका मस्तिष्क कुंद पड़ गया था  और आज अचानक ये जागृत  अवस्था में  आ गए  हैं .
दरअसल  भारत के लोगों की  यही  मनोवृत्ति  उन्हे  दूसरे
देशों के लोगो से पीछे  ले जाती है . 
हम लोग सोते रहते है और कोई हादसा  या  फिर किसी  बड़ी घटना  के होने पर पीनक से जाग  कर  चिल्लाने लगते हैं , बिना ये सोचे समझे क़ि वो क्या  कह रहे हैं , बोल रहे हैं .
अरे  चिल्लाना था  तो तब चिल्लाते  जब मुकदमा कायम हुआ था , या फिर तब हाहाकार  मचाते  जब 
१९९६ में  सुप्रीम  कोर्ट  ने  ज्यादा सजा  डी जाने वाली  धाराओं  में मुकदमा चलाने के  निचली  अदालत के फैसले को  रद्द  कर दिया था , पर तब ये सारे  ज्ञानी , विद्वान  शायद  पीनक में रहे होंगे  या इन का  ज्ञान   लुप्त हो गया रहा होगा .
अरे  ये सब ढोंग बंद करो , तुम सब के  विधवा  विलाप से   भोपाल  गैस कांड  के  पीड़ितों  का कोई फायदा  होने वाला नहीं है  .
अगर  पहले से ही भोपाल गैस हादसे  की ऍफ़ आई आर  दर्ज  करने से ले कर जाँच और सुनवाई तक  सभी  कानूनी  पहलुओं  पर ध्यान दिया गया होता  तो आज यह हालत ही नहीं पैदा होते  मगर आज जो लोग  हाहाकार  कर विलाप कर रहे हैं  , इनमें  से किसी ने भी  कभी भी गंभीरता  से इस मसले को लिया ही नहीं .
एक बात  और  खास कर से सरकार चलाने वालों  के लिए  क़ि जो हो चूका वो तो अब वापस आने वाला नहीं  मगर अब काम से काम  पीड़ित  लोगों क लिए  जो भी मुमकिन  मदद हो सकती है , उसमें  किसी  भही तेरह क़ि कोताही न होने पाए , इस पर जरूर  नज़र रखें . इस तरह  से  कम से क्म पीड़ितों  क़ि सेवा और सहायता  कर  उनका दुख और दर्द  जरूर हल्का किया जा सकता है /

Here she sorts out some common pregnancy myths:
1. The longer it takes you to get pregnant, the more likely you are to conceive a boy.
Partly true – Women who take longer to conceive are more likely to have thicker cervical mucus, and boy sperm swim better in thicker mucus.
2. Saliva is the most fertility friendly lubricant to use when you`re trying to conceive.
False – Saliva is a sperm killer. In fact, most lubricants and massage oils are fertility unfriendly, so best to go without when you`re baby making.
3. Boxers are a better bet than briefs when you`re trying to conceive.
True – Though in most cases, not true enough to make a big difference. Sperm production can be affected by overheating, whether it`s in a hot tub, a sauna, spandex bike shorts, or a pair of tighty-whities.
4. Laptops can impair sperm production.
True – The heat is on when you use a laptop on your lap, and heat is not a friend of male fertility. To keep the family jewels in top family-generating shape, treat your laptop like a desktop. The same may hold true for mobile phones so keep them out of your pocket.
5. The average couple conceives within 3 months of trying.
False – Conception doesn`t typically happen overnight, even after a really hot night. Egg and sperm may meet up on your first try, of course, but it actually takes take the average couple who doesn`t have any fertility issues between 6 and 12 months of active efforts before mission is accomplished.
6. The more sex you have during your fertile days, the more likely you are to conceive.
True, to a point – Until recently, an every-other-day sex strategy was recommended but the latest research suggests that more is more after all. For a man who has a normal sperm count, having sex every day during his partner`s fertile days is most likely to result in conception. More than once a day, on the other hand, is less. The more performances in a day, the less packed they`re likely to be with sperm. A guy needs time to build up his troops between deployments. In fact, a man with a lower sperm count may want to wait a day in between ejaculations to build up his numbers.
7. Position matters.
False, mostly – Healthy sperm are excellent swimmers and pretty much any position can get you pregnant. But if you`d like to give the little guys a head start, try man on top, with the woman`s hips slightly elevated.
8. If you want to get pregnant, order up some oysters.
True – Believe it or not, the cliche holds up under scientific scrutiny. Oysters are the food chain`s most concentrated source of zinc, one of nature`s most fertile minerals. It`s also a libido booster. The benefits extend to both sexes, so share a dozen.
9. Cough medicine can help you get pregnant.
True – Expectorants loosen up mucus in your chest but they“re also able to loosen up cervical mucus, and looser cervical mucus is easier for sperm to hitch a ride in. However, read the ingredients carefully. Some cough medicines also contain an antihistamine, and that`s an ingredient that dries up mucus of all varieties, giving sperm a hard time.
10. Watching a sexy movie can help you get pregnant.
True – As long as the man in your life is watching it too! Studies show that men produce more sperm after watching a sexy movie. And it doesn“t have to be X-rated, either. So grab some popcorn, and then grab each other.

 Indian tennis star Sania Mirza and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik finally exchanged wedding vows at a much-hyped Nikah ceremony held today. The couple looked extremely happy as they got married at the Taj Krishna hotel here on Monday afternoon.

Earlier today, Sania Mirza’s spokesperson Rucha Nayak had confirmed that Shoaib and Sania would materialise their Nikah on Monday, followed by mehendi ceremony on April 13, sangeet on April 14 and the reception will be held on April 15 as scheduled.

Ironically, the couple made the solemn oath at the same hotel where Sania had got engaged to her childhood friend Sohrab Mirza on July 10 last year amid much fanfare. The tennis ace had called off the engagement on January 28 this year citing 'incompatibility'.

At the wedding today, Sania was wearing the same red saree, which her mother had worn at her own Nikah 25 years ago. On the other hand, Shoaib was seen wearing a black sherwani designed by renowned designer duo Shantanu and Nikhil.

Previously, Kazi Ahmetullah Pasha had said that the Nikah would take place on Friday, April 9, at 6:30 pm in the evening. However, the marriage could not be performed as Shoaib reportedly could not submit necessary documents like passport and clearances with regard to closing of the criminal case filed against him.

However, things apparently sorted out when Shoaib Malik gave divorce to Ayesha Siddiqui after initially refuting claims that the two had got married.

India Government is trying to his best to make Delhi , attractive for foreigners so that they may not feel a BAD and DIRTY INDIA , It is good but what is the answer that when India will be in position to provide their citizens  world class facilities ?


 For example in Delhi , Metro users  are enjoying well maintained services but when they uses Indian Railway services in other trains , they feel uncomfortable and inconvenient , in other words they feel very very bad  but they are compelled to face all that .


 When in same country there are no common parameters for Rail users and Metro users   , how a Indian can feel proud ? 


Metro stations are well maintained and cleaned , on the other hand Railway Stations of Indian Railway 's are in very very bad conditions .


Can any country may feel proud where there are many parameters for the citizens .


Will India Government and thinkers have any answers for all this ? Certainly not , they have no answers .

आखिर  बात क्या  है क़ि गाज़ियाबाद में  तमाम इंतजामात   के बावजूद अपराध  थमने का नाम नहीं ले  रहे .
 आये दिन हत्याएं , लूट, जैसे अपराध हों  रहे है और उन पर लगाम नहीं  लग पा रही है . वजह क्या है , इस पर गौर किया जाये तो पता चलता है क़ि , तकरीबन छोटे  बडे सभी अपराधों के पीछे किसी न किसी बडे कहे जाने वाले  आदमी का हाथ होता है . 

 हालत ये है क़ि एस एस  पी  निवास के पास रहने वाले भी सुरक्षित नही हैं . जब पुलिस के मुखिया के पड़ोसी ही लुटेरों के शिकार हो जातें हैं  तो दूर दराज रहने वाले तो सुरक्षा की कल्पना भी कैसे कर सकते हैं .
सवाल ये है क़ि अपराधी इतनी बे खौफ क्यूँ है , किसका संरक्षण उन्हे मिला हुआ है क़ि वो दिन दहाडे  अपराध करने का दुस्साहस करने से बाज नहीं आते .
  पोलिस अफसरों का जल्दी जल्दी तबादले  होना भी इस के पीछे एक बड़ा कारण कहा जाए तो गलत न होगा .जब तक अफसरान जिले की हकीकत समझ पाता है , तब तक उसे अपना बिस्तरा बाँधने का हुक्म आ जाता है .

अकेले गाज़ियाबाद  की ही बात ले लें तो , पिछले कुछ  दिनों में आधा दर्जन एस एस पी बदले जा चुकें हैं , आखिर क्यूँ ?इसका जवाब कौन देगा ?
तबादलों में जनता का पैसा यात्रा भत्तों में इस बेदर्दी से क्यूँ  खर्च किया जाता है , इसके लिए कौन जिम्मेदार है ? जनहित की बड़ी बड़ी बाते करने वाले राजनेता इस सब की ओर से आंखे क्यूँ बाद रखते हैं ? क्या उन्हें ये सब अपनी जिम्मेदारी नहीं लगती क़ि इस तरह का अपव्यय न होने पाए .
जब राजनेता खुद ही लापरवाही का परिचय देंगे , तो यही होगा जो गाजियाबाद में हो रहा है .

आज कल भारत के समाचारपत्र और टी वी चैनलों  , में सानिया  मिर्जा  की     शादी की खबरे इस तरह  छापी और दिखाई जा रही हैं जैसे कोई राष्ट्रीय संकट आ खड़ा हुआ है ,अपनी अपनी टी आर पी बढ़ाने के लिए  न जाने कन्हा कन्हा से  चटपटी  खबरें  तलाश  तलाश  कर पाठकों और  दर्शकों  के लिए  परोसी  जा रही हैं . 
पता नहीं  क्यूँ  मीडिया  सानिया मिर्जा की शादी  के  पीछे  पागल सा हो गया है , उसे सब तरफ सानिया - सानिया ही दिखाई दे रही है .
सानिया  की शादी एक सामान्य विवाह  है , इसमें ऐसा  कुछ  भी नही है , जिसे इतना तूळ दिया जाये , मगर मीडिया की मानसिकता को क्या कहें की उसे सानिया और सिर्फ सानिया  ही दिखाई दे रही ही , उसकी शादी में क्या -क्या खाना परोसा जायेगा से ले कर , छोटी से छोटी  बाते इस तरह से छापी और दिखाई जा रही हैं , मानो कोई राष्ट्रीय मुद्दा / संकट आ खड़ा हुआ है , जिस पर किसी राष्ट्रीय बहस की ज़रूरत आ पड़ी है. 
एक अरब से ज्यादा आबादी वाले भारत में गरीबी , भूख , शिक्षा के  अलावा  जल संकट , बिजली संकट , कुपोषण , नक्सली समस्या , आतंकवाद  के अलावा दर्जनों  ऎसी समस्याएं  भरी पड़ीं हैं , जिन पर बहुत कुछ  लिखे  जाने की ज़रूरत हैं , पर ये सब ख़बरें अख़बारों और टी वी की टी आर पी बढ़ाने में मददगार साबित नहीं होती , इस लिए मीडिया हाउसों को इस ओर ध्यान देना मुनासिब नहीं लगता .
आखिर भारत का मीडिया जा किधर रहा है , उसका लक्ष्य क्या है और वह पाना क्या चाहता है , क्या उसका लक्ष्य सिर्फ पैसा कमाना रह गया है , मिशन नाम की चीज , कहीं  किनारे छुट गयी है .
समाज सेवा और राष्ट्र सेवा अब सिर्फ बैठकों , लेखों  और  स्पीच  की परिभाषाओं  में कैद हो कर रह गयें हैं .
अच्छा हो की मीडिया सानिया मिर्जा की शादी  के पीछे पड़ने के एक सूत्री कार्यक्रम  त्याग कर उन ज़रूरी समस्याओं की ओर अपना ध्यान केन्द्रित करे जिससे जन  सामान्य के साथ साथ देश का भी भला हो , और सानिया को जहाँ भी  जिस के साथ शादी करना हो करने दे , वो किस से और  कब  शादी करती है , इस से कोई फर्क  पड़ने नहीं जा रहा .


इस लिए  सानिया को उसके अपने हाल  पर छोड़ दें , उसे जो करना ही वो करने दें .
